Reiki Level 1 course. This is your introduction to the exciting world of Reiki.
When you sign up you’ll be emailed the manual. The consists of two parts - The theory, which you complete at home and then the practical day here with me.
On the practical day you will receive your attunement to Reiki and be taught how to sense & feel energy, how to use a pendulum to check the chakras, hand positions for self healing, hand positions to give others Reiki and how to use Reiki on other things such as animals, plants, foods and more.
This is a full day course. Follow up sessions are available at your request if you feel you need further practice.
Support is always ongoing. Detailed manual is supplied.
