Reiki Level 1 is focused on self-healing and personal empowerment. Through a blend of traditional Reiki teachings and our unique holistic approach, you will learn how to channel Reiki energy to balance your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The training covers the history and principles of Reiki, energy anatomy, hand positions for self-treatment, and techniques for grounding and protecting your energy field.
Our Reiki Level 1 course is infused with a "secret sauce" that distinguishes it from standard training programs. We combine traditional Reiki with elements of energy healing, tarot insights, and spiritual coaching, offering a multidimensional learning experience. This unique integration not only equips you with the ability to channel healing energy but also enhances your intuitive abilities and deepens your understanding of your personal spiritual path.
In Level 1 you will explore and gain the knowledge of:
Day 1
-What is Reiki
-The History of Reiki
-Reiki Lineage
-The Five Reiki Principles
-Energy exercise
-Overview of the 7 primary Chakras
-How to use a Pendulum

Day 2
-Overview Reiki Treatments & Self treatment hand position
-Level 1 Attunment
-Self Treatment
-Hand positions for treating others
-What receiving/giving Reiki feels like
-Reiki practice sessions
-21 Days cleanse
-Sharing and Certificate
