Reiki Level 1 Certification with Pat
About this Event
Begin your Reiki journey in a welcoming, hands-on class designed for anyone interested in energy healing, self-care, and holistic wellness. No previous Reiki experience is necessary.
In this Reiki Level I class, Pat will introduce you to the foundations of Reiki and guide you through techniques for working with Reiki energy for yourself and others. Level I focuses heavily on developing your personal connection to Reiki, learning to recognize and work with energy, and building confidence through practice.

• What Reiki is and how it is traditionally practiced
• Understanding and sensing energy
• Reiki hand positions and basic techniques

Your Reiki Level I Attunement
An important part of Reiki Level I is receiving your Reiki attunement from Pat. The attunement is a traditional part of Reiki training intended to deepen your connection with Reiki energy and begin your practice as a Reiki Level I practitioner.
Who Is This Class For?
This class is perfect for complete beginners, wellness professionals interested in expanding their knowledge, or anyone who feels drawn to energy work and Reiki.
You do not need to have any previous experience with energy healing to attend.
What You’ll Receive
Students who successfully complete the class will receive Reiki Level I instruction, hands-on practice, a Reiki Level I attunement, and a certificate of completion.
Come with an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to learn, practice, and experience Reiki in a supportive group environment.
