About this Event
Kirsty has been practising and teaching Reiki for several years, becoming a Reiki Master in 2023 and supporting close to 50 students through their own Reiki journey.
This training is designed to introduce you to the foundations of Reiki healing in a practical, supportive and accessible way.
During this course you will learn:
• The history and principles of Reiki
• How Reiki energy works
• Energy awareness and sensitivity
• The chakra system and energetic body
• Self-healing techniques
• How to practise Reiki safely on others
• Grounding, protection and energetic boundaries
• Intuition and working with energy confidently
You will receive:
• Your Reiki Level 1 attunement
• Guided practical exercises
• Hands-on Reiki practice
• Course materials
• Reiki Level 1 certification
This training is suitable for complete beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their spiritual practice, intuitive abilities or healing work.
Reiki Level 1 focuses firstly on healing and reconnecting with yourself before expanding outward into sharing Reiki with others.
The day is held in a relaxed and welcoming environment with plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and practice.
To ensure every student receives personal guidance and support, this training is limited to a maximum of 4 spaces.

• A notebook/journal
