No requirements are needed to attend this training.A digital workbook will be provided to the students to allow them to go through the course content at their own pace.
The practice of Self-Reiki will help you get more in contact with yourself, listen to your body & mind, handle your emotions more consciously and heal.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes the natural healing process. It is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and makes us alive.
Reiki works on multiple levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.
During Level I Certification Training, the Student will experience a connection to the Universal Life Force Energy. The Student’s energy channels will be opened and activated through the Attunement, a sacred ceremony that will allow the Student to start their healing journey.
Reiki Level I Certificate will be earned upon successful completion of the course, which is the first step toward becoming a Reiki Practitioner.

Alessandra is a Reiki Master Teacher and Mindset Coach. She moved to the Netherlands in 2018 from Italy and decided to make Haarlem her home in 2021. Alessandra’s goal is to help people live a more meaningful and joyful life. She sees Reiki as a simple tool accessible to anyone who would like to heal and balance their life. “Reiki is not only helping me rebalance my own life, but is also making me feel more grounded, aware of the person I am and of what I desire. We can all experience Reiki energy in a personal way, trusting that it is always flowing for our highest good”.
