Reiki Level 1 Certification

• Reiki Level 1 is a beginner's course that introduces Usui Reiki, a form of hands-on energy healing, focusing on self-healing and basic techniques to help others. Participants receive a permanent Reiki attunement, which allows them to channel universal life force energy.

The training includes learning Reiki principles, history, grounding techniques, basic hand positions, and performing Reiki for self-care and for supporting loved ones.
By the end of the class, students can confidently apply Reiki to themselves and others to promote balance and well-being. You will receive a certificate of completion following this class. Note: Handouts will be sent to you after the class via email. The class is open to anyone over the age of 16.
You'll Learn and Experience:

• History and Principles of Reiki: Explore the history of Reiki and its origins, as well as the guiding principles of mindfulness, gratitude, and compassion, according to Olivia Schnur and other sources.
• Reiki Attunement: You will receive a meditative initiation, or attunement, that opens your energy system to the Reiki frequency, giving you lifelong access to channeling this energy.
• Self-Healing Practice: Learn a simple, daily ritual for self-treatment, using foundational hand positions to send Reiki energy to yourself, which can reduce stress and deepen self-trust.
• Basic Healing Techniques: Discover foundational hand positions and techniques to offer gentle, non-invasive Reiki to others, using light touch or by hovering your hands over the body.
• Energy Awareness: Develop your ability to sense and interpret subtle energy in yourself and others, improving your connection to your body's energy.
• Grounding and Clearing: Learn how to ground your energy and clear your subtle energy body to maintain balance and flow.
