Reiki is a form of energetic healing that promotes relaxation & stress reduction. Studies have found Reiki to be beneficial on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.In this class you'll be learning the history and how to's of Reiki Healing. We'll be covering the Chakra system & how to energetically protect yourself while giving a session! Level 1 allows you to practice this energetic healing modality on friends & family.
Class normally takes approximately 3 hours. We will begin at 10am and end around 1pm.
Information packets will be available for note taking. Just bring your favorite pen, a snack, and a drink! (If you forget one that's ok, I'll have extras of all the above. ?)
$111 per person - You will be Reiki Level 1 attuned & certified by the end of class!
Advance sign up is required. Ticket sales are final. Credit may be applied at my discretion toward future classes in the event you can not make it.
