Reiki level 1 attunement and class

Welcome to **Reiki level 1 attunement and class** at Bella Sundries Wellness Studio! Join us on Sun May 19, 2024 at 3:30 PM for a transformative in-person event with reiki master teacher of 26 years Tonya Ben Mansour. Her will introduce you to the basics of Reiki healing and provide you with your level 1 attunement. Learn how to channel universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in your life and the lives of others.

Reiki is a life path. Many sek nd obtain level 1 attunement for self exploration and self healing without the goal of moving toward level 2 which is the level of working with others. For attuned students, we have class once per month and there is an ongoing chat group where we may empower and learn from each other. Daily meditation is a requirement of students. Meditation is taught as part of the reiki curriculum and is the most important tool and practice for any level of reiki. There is required reading of autobiography of a yogi by yogananda. Upon your attunement you will receive the Usuu handbook included with your class reservation.
