Please join us Monday July 22, 2024 from 6:30-8:30PM @ Affinity Day Spa in Davison MI for a night of fun, healing, learning, and releasing. We will begin by charging our hands and feet (reflexology) with Terahertz wands provided by Mana Biohealth. This will help open up the energy channels and begin the healing process.
We will next sit with several different breathwork techniques for connecting with the breath (spirit) and learning how to make the breath work for you. These techniques are something you can take with you and incorporate them into your life to help you reduce cortisol (stress) and anxiety in your everyday life.
Next we will relax into a deep sound bath healing experience that will be infused with reiki healing. Sound healing is vibration at a specific tone or frequency (played through various instruments) that is in resonance with the body. Our body has 7 tones or colors, (ROYGBIV) which make up our energy field. If our energy field is not in tune or in alignment with the universal frequency, we can become sick as the energy flow can become blocked or diverted around the vital organs which causes problems for the vessel. As the sound healing experience is taking place, our skilled reiki practitioners will be moving around the space providing healing to you. Reiki is a very ancient healing modality practice which is channeled healing light energy sent from practitioner to client.
Event will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Bring a water, a yoga mat, cushions and/or blanket to lay on for comfort. There will be some light snacks and refreshments provided after.
