Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of eight clear crystal singing bowls, tuned to 432Hz and set in the third octave for a less intense, deeper resonance. You'll also experience the calming sounds of a rain drum, a handmade buffalo hide frame drum, and various rattles, all designed to dissolve stress and promote deep relaxation.
Each session includes the gentle integration of Reiki energy healing, where Amy channels universal life energy to enhance your well-being and inner peace.
Class size is limited to nine people, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. No prior experience is necessary.
