Reiki-Infused Sound Bath Meditation

Join Sol for a deeply relaxing, reiki-infused sound bath and guided meditation. There will be a different intention for each session (i.e., self-love, manifestation, releasing fear, letting go, chakra activation, heart-opening, connecting with higher self, etc.)

The session will last for 45 minutes and is a group session.

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves (you are not literally taking a bath). The vibrations of the sounds have healing benefits and bring yourself to a state of deep relaxation. When infused with Reiki (universal life energy that heals on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) it enhances the sound frequencies and offers you deeper healing energy. The reiki is not "hands-on" for this experience, it will be sent from a distance.

You lay on a yoga mat and/or blankets and simply enjoy the healing frequencies of the sounds. You will be guided into meditation and deep relaxation with simple breathing techniques. To wrap up the session, an oracle card with a message for the day will be pulled for you :)

Sol uses quartz crystal sound bowls, tibetan bowls, a rain stick, chimes, and a steel tongue drum.

Sound healing benefits include: deep-relaxation, creates a state of harmony, relieves anxiety and stress, soothes your nervous system, brings an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, access to inner visionary experience, fosters physical & emotional healing, and more!

No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgement! You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.

This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their spiritual and/or wellness journey!

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket(s) for yourself. A pillow can also add extra comfort :) Dress in layers as it'll get chilly!!

For Marina: you should be able to find the set-up easily (it's a small beach) -- there's a parking lot on Admiralty Way (you'll see a sign that says Mother's Beach and you'll see blue restrooms -- the beach is on the other side or you can turn onto Palawan Way and there's a parking lot right across from the beach (type in 13977 Palaway Way in your map.)
