I'm excited to invite you to join me on Sunday 26th April at 4.30-5.45pm for a deeply relaxing group Sound & Reiki session at the stunning Soul Barns, Mortimer.
The session will bring together the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, harp, and chimes with the nurturing energy of Reiki - inviting your mind, body, and soul into a deep state of rest and balance.
There’s no effort required, no 'doing' - but instead an opportunity to 'be', exactly as you are. Just arrive, lie down comfortably and give yourself permission to receive.
Each journey is unique, yet many participants describe:
• Feeling lighter and clearer
• Releasing tension or emotional heaviness
• Reconnecting with a deep sense of peace within
