Hosted by Sunshine for the Soul,LLC this Reiki-Infused Sound Bath is a gentle, restorative experience designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and return to your heart.

Guided by certified Sound Healer and Karuna Reiki Master Heather Squicciarini, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls, gong, and chimes all infused with Reiki energy to support emotional release and deep relaxation.

As sound and energy weave together, tension begins to soften, your breath slows, and peace naturally rises from within. Each tone is offered with the intention to restore balance, regulate your energy, and bring you home to yourself.

Whether this is your first sound bath or one of many, you’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and reconnected to your inner calm.

Everything is provided: mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks—simply bring yourself and an open heart.
