What to expect: Through a guided, Reiki infused meditation and sound journey we connect to Reiki (Rei= universal, Ki=energy). Reiki is an energy healing technique that helps to balance our chakras, subtle energies in the body and brings about relaxation and understanding of the current state of body and mind.
What to bring: Just bring yourself and some comfortable warm clothes.

About: Stefanie is a holistic therapist, Yoga teacher, trained sound therapist and death doula. Creating safe spaces to come in circle together is very dear to her heart. She facilitates sound bath as well as individual sound therapy sessions for example in cancer centres.
