The vibrations of the gong creates the space for self-healing and transformation. The complex overtones and smooth flow of sounds from the gong entrains our brainwaves from the beta state (normal waking consciousness) into the lower alpha and theta states (where the mind is relaxed and can restore) and finally to a deep relaxing meditative state (delta). The gong will balance the body as well as the chakras and the auric field fostering overall well being and inner harmony.
