Reiki + Guided Meditation + Sound Bath Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 10 am.Come join for an integrative healing experience at The Mindful Lotus! ❤️?? ????
Students will first be led in a short breathing exercise and during that time the Reiki Master will go around to each student placing sacred Reiki symbols in their Chakras.
Once each student has had their Reiki, they will move on to a guided healing meditation which will then be sealed with a restorative Sound Bath.
What is a sound bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture and heal the body, mind and spirit. ❤️? ?
The cost of this event is $33 which can be paid with cash, Venmo or card. To register or if you have any questions, please contact Lesley at 951-818-7309.
Registration is strongly suggested but walk-ins are welcome if there is space available.
