I’ve been doing Reiki for more than 20 years.
My energy is a gentle, relaxing flow that helps unblock the places where congestion gathers.
Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing technique that addresses the flow of chi, or energy, through your body, ensuring that there are no blockages and that your nervous system can move from “fight or flight” to “rest and restore.”
