Monthly Reiki Healing Circle3rd Tuesday of the Month
Synergy Yoga Center at 7:30 pm
In this Reiki healing circle, students will receive a brief introduction about Reiki, followed by a brief guided meditation. They will then recieve Reiki individually and the session will conclude with a relaxing sound bath where the beautiful energy will continue to flow.

Reiki "universal life force energy" is an ancient Japanese method of working with spiritual energy, intention, and intuition. This concept is similar to other terms and concepts such as chi, prana, ether, kundalini, and spirit.
This powerful healing modality uses a process called attunement, where the master focuses on opening student's energy system to the flow of divine energy, using pure and loving intention and hands to concentrate the divine energy for the purpose of healing.
Reiki is a therapy to balance chakra energy and helps to cleanse and
balance the aura/biofield.
Some people say that Reiki healing feels like massaging of the soul on the inside and bathing in the light, however, each person's experience is individual. It is in trusting higher consciousness that one is able to clear the mind, open the heart and connect deeply to the truth of who you are.
In this Healing gathering we will share a guided meditation, Chakra activation and Sound Healing.

Facilitator Bio:
Kathy discovered yoga in 1999 and fell in love with the practice and closely follows the path and philosophy of yoga. She first hand has seen the benefits of yoga on the physical body, emotional, mental, and spiritual self.
After serving 25 yrs as a counselor, college professor, and administrator in higher education, Kathy decided to follow her true soul calling and become a holistic healer and transformational coach. She completed her 200HR YTT in Hatha Vinyasa yoga and Sound Healing Certification with Synergy Yoga Center. She is a Reiki Master and holds a doctoral degree in Counseling and a master’s degree in Psychology.
Kathy teaches her classes with love and creates a beautiful healing experience using essential oils, sound baths, and chakra balancing. She spends her free time traveling and playing on the beach with her sweet little chihuahua Vito.
