This event includes Reiki Shares, and Mudra and Reiki Meditations. Depending on what the group decides before we begin. If you have an instrument you want to bring you are welcome to do so. Your own pillows, or blankets are also welcome. We have chairs for those who can't sit on the floor, however I have had people bring their own comfortable lawn chairs.
