Introducing Reiki at The Women's Centre!
🌷Nicky is a Reiki Practitioner and Health Educator with a degree in Health Sciences and works as a Facilitator for mental health and addiction workshops.
🌷🌷🌷Reiki is a form of energy healing, which was developed in Japan in the 1920s by Mikao Usui and was introduced to the Western world shortly after.
It works by settling and restoring the energy in our body. Reiki is performed with the client fully clothed, and can be entirely hands-off if that is preferred, which makes it great for touch-sensitive people.
I also offer hand and foot massage, alongside Reiki treatments, for those who enjoy that extra bit of pampering!
