Have you heard of Reiki ? Are you seeking to deepen your relationship with self love? Ready to make life changes? Reiki is an energy healing modality that is used through administering the hands on the body.The Japanese word Reiki is usually translated as “Universal Life-force Energy. The word is divided into two parts RIE is translated as the “wisdom and knowledge of all the Universe” or “atmosphere of the Divine.” KI is the life-force energy that flows through every living thing- plants, animals, and people- and that is present in some form in everything around us, even in rocks and inanimate objects.
Level 1 Reiki teaches you to harness Reiki energy for self-healing, with a focus on opening, balancing, and bringing focused energy specifically to the heart chakras. You will learn hand positions and techniques to treat the physical heart area as well as the surrounding energetic field of the heart chakra system. You also learn the history, principles, and basic hand positions to practice self-treatment.

Participate in a full day Dr. Usui Method certification course to receive your LEVEL 2 degree. Expand your awareness by developing a relationship with a self care / self healing modality that you can take with you anywhere. During this course Level 2 Reiki delves deeper into the Reiki practice, emphasizing emotional healing and expanding the practitioner’s capabilities.
At this level, you will be introduced to the realm of emotional healing, learning how to address not just the physical, but also the emotional and mental aspects of energy imbalances.

Level 2 focuses on the throat chakra. This is also the degree where you will be able to share as a practitioner with others in a professional setting.
Medical studies has shown that Reiki reduces stress ,lowers blood pressure, lowers heart rate and respiration rates, reduces bleeding and pain, raises the red blood cell count, helps insomnia, and calms anxiety. These are NOT cures of course.
- Course day and location: 5/18/24 at 10:30-3:30pm, will be held at Private residence location in Elgin, on a private retreat center property.

-Vegan Meal & refreshments are provided.
-Please dress comfortable- There will be yoga & Guided Meditation before class so we can arrive present together. We will be sitting down through class so please bring a pillow or anything else to help support in your relaxation. Pillows and yoga mats will be provided
-REQUIRED ITEMS - 4 Sacred Items , crystals, notebook / pen & reusable water bottle. Any snacks you may like to enjoy.

Alicia is a Reiki Master trained in the Dr.Usio Method since May 2017, Malibu CA. She has since transformed her life with yoga, shamanic energy healing, ceremony, breath-work, sound & Self LOVE. She has since overcome a 2+year depression by opening her to the sacred art of healing. In 2016 she made the choice to cultivate change by stepping into the healing path.
Schedule: Please between 9:45 am sharp, you can begin to arrive starting shortly after 10am
- 10 am: Hatha Yoga and sharing our intention and name opening of the space
- 11:30am: Go over what is reiki, an attunement, how to use to open/close/set space, the 5 principles and questions.
-12:30pm: LUNCH group level 1
( Level 2, go over symbols, how to use them and what's next with offering in a business setting )
-1pm: LUNCH group 2
(Level 1, go over symbols and hand positions )
-1:30-1:45pm BREAK
-1:45pm- 2:30: Practice drawing symbols and practicing on each other + Q&A
-2:30- 3:30pm- Receive attunement and certificate
Until 4pm: Closing Grounding restorative sound bath post attunement
*** Level 1 and 2 will receive a packet for resources to implement post reiki course for future guide. Level 2 will also receive additional resources for sharing in a practitioner setting )
