A group session with reiki, Crystal healing and sound healing included.
What is reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation but also promotes healing. it is administered by lying the hands lightly on or just above the person receiving the treatment with the belief that it can help to channel energy and stimulate the bodies natural healing process.
With our Group sessions individual client feel less isolated by seeing that others understand their experience. Additional people in the group expands the opportunity for the client to develop emotional connections with other group members,Everyone is on their own mat with blankets In a circle on the floor.
