We will start the circle with the F-note crystal bowl (heart chakra- bridge between the physical and spiritual planes) to enhance the charge of
crystals. Tuning forks and other healing sounds to help break up the negative energies you may have come in contact with.
This circle is a judgment free zone, love, light and the power of the violet flame of transmutation!
