In the busyness of daily life, it’s easy to feel disconnected. Our monthly Reiki Circle at The Meditation Nook is a dedicated space for you to slow down, breathe, and receive.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner, looking for community, or someone who has never heard of Reiki before, you belong here. This is a non-judgmental space designed for pure relaxation and energetic care.

• Guided Meditation & Breathwork: We’ll begin by grounding our energy and calming the nervous system.
• Group Reiki: Experience the soothing, restorative flow of Reiki energy in a supportive group setting.
• Oracle Cards & Connection: We’ll close our session with intuitive card pulling and a chance to share or reflect with like-minded neighbors.

Come as you are. No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is necessary.

What’s Included:

• Yoga beds, pillows, blankets, bolsters and weighted scented eye masks provided for your comfort
• Water, tea

Parking:
Free parking is available in the lot in front of The Meditation Nook and along Ruffner Street.
