Join myself & my son Gavin for an evening of healing. I'm a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and my son Gavin just completed his Usui Reiki level 1. 💜We will start off the evening with a Reiki circle of healing provided by Gavin & myself to clear blocked energy, alil but of Breathwork and finish with the healing sounds of Crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, and more! No need to do anything, just lay back on your provided Yoga mat and enjoy the journey. Feel free to bring whatever makes you comfortable: pillow, blanket.🧘♀️ Sound healing has been known to heal us on a cellular level, allowing our bodies to heal themselves. Reiki is a energy healing channeling thru the Reiki practitioner allowing for deep emotional healing, combined they are the ultimate relaxation.🦋Relax in candle light to the sounds as they begin to heal you🦋. Yoga mats & eye covers are provided. 🧘♀️
