In this workshop we will discuss the importance of chakra balance, along with the sensations typically felt, both physically and emotionally, when your chakras are out of balance. Participants will be led through a deep, guided visualization meditation practice to ground down and drop in. The sacred power of Reiki will be harnessed to move any stuck energy, promote self healing, and slow down your nervous system, helping you to arrive in a deeply relaxed, healing state. Reiki is the conscious direction of life force energy with the intention to heal. This workshop is designed to clear your body emotionally, physically, and mentally, and raise vibrational frequency.About Katharine O'Neal:
Katharine is a Certified Life Coach and Reiki Master/Teacher, with an MBA in Finance and a BFA in Theater. Through 1:1 sessions, workshops, group programs and retreats, Katharine passionately guides her clients toward becoming the best version of themselves. Katharine specializes in empowering individuals to make and sustain transformational change, shifting mindset and improving the overall quality of relationships to others and, most importantly, to themselves.
Workshop is $45 if paid in advance, $50 if paid the day of.
