Reiki is a healing and stress-reduction technique that can be used anywhere and anytime to calm you when you are stressed, revive you when you are feeling drained, and replenish you when you are feeling depleted. It is an ancient Japanese system to support oneself and others. It is simple to learn and anyone can benefit from Reiki. No previous special training is necessary.
This workshop blends Usui Reiki & Holy Fire Reiki, combining both ancient and modern Reiki techniques. Includes 100+ page Reiki manual and handouts.
Ongoing support is available to students after class.
LEVEL 1 OBJECTIVES:
1. Learn the researched and verified history of the Usui Healing System
2. Heighten sensitivity of touch and distinguish sensations in the hands.
3. Learn and demonstrate Reiki hand positions for treatment of self and others.
4. Learn which organ systems and energy systems correspond to the various hand positions.
5. Complete a full Reiki exchange as both receiver and facilitator of a full session.
6. Discuss applications of Reiki in personal and professional settings.
7. Receive a 1st Degree attunement introducing the Reiki energy to your system which can support healing on both physical and energetic levels.
LEVEL 2 OBJECTIVES:
1. Receive a 2nd Degree attunement which can strengthen the Reiki energy and support healing on the mental and emotional levels.
2. Learn and practice Reiki II symbols for clearing and empowering, balancing mental and emotional energies, and distant healing.
3. Complete a full Reiki exchange as both receiver and facilitator of a session.
4. Discuss applications of Reiki II symbols for personal use and professional practice.
About Your Instructor: Michelle Wilson is a dually-certified Reiki Master Teacher in both the Usui and Holy Fire 3 lineages. She has practiced energy medicine for more than 15 years, blending Reiki, Healing Touch, and shamanic techniques to bring balance and ease to others lives on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
