History

Usui Reiki is the original Reiki system and you'll be initiated into an unbroken lineage dating back to Dr. Usui himself which includes Hawayo Takata the first woman to be attuned to the healing energy.

The full name of this system is called Reiki I will be teaching is called Usui Teat. My training will combine the modern Westernised system of Reiki with the ancient Japanese traditional system which is now considered one of the oldest since many new offsprings of Reiki have evolved.

Completing Level 1 will give you a firm foundation to start your healing journey. Usui Reiki level one is the first of three levels (or degrees as they are sometimes called). Broken down into three attunements/ degrees or levels (which is also known as). Each opens up your energy centres also known as chakras and increases the vibrational rate of your energy body.

• Level 1: Self-Healing and Self-development.
• Level 2: Healing others (recreationally or professionally).
• Level 3 (Master): Experienced and ready to attune and mentor others

If you're joining us after the 21-day preparation period please ensure you meet the qualifications including abstaining from alcohol and intoxicants and having experienced a full Reiki session before. Contact me to discuss your eligibility before attending the event.

The cost for this event is a one-time payment of £250.00 covering the attunement day and 21 days of mentorship afterward.

During the training you'll learn the fundamentals of Reiki including its history basic anatomy of energy Reiki symbols and receive your first Reiki attunement. You'll leave with the ability to practice Reiki on yourself loved ones and pets and gain awareness of energy chakras and Reiki ethics.

Upon completion you'll receive a manual and certificate for Reiki Level 1. This event is part of a series that includes a Q&A session 21 days of mentorship a cleansing ceremony and a final consultation.

The fundamentals of Reiki from its history basic anatomy on energy (koshas) and Reiki symbols and you'll receive the initiation your first Reiki attunement.

• How to protect yourself energetically and guidelines on conducting treatments plus information on disconnection grounding and cleansing practices.
• Basic anatomy and physiology.
• The importance of ethics and consent.
• Opening your energetic bodies and Reiki being placed inside
• Introduce you to accessing the healing energy
• Practical exercise on how to do your 21-day practice
• Hand positions for administering Reiki.

Manual and Certificate for Reiki Level 1—After the 21 days of consolidation work have been done you will receive support from me through mentorship for 21 days before and 21 days after this Reiki attunement.

Lastly

First-degree Reiki training consists of a series of self-treatment sessions for 21 consecutive days. Many people lack confidence after being attuned to Reiki because this step is often missed and other masters do not hold the student accountable after the 'attunement day'.

This is why working with me is different. I will check on you weekly and you will have a set day ⤵️ to return. I will demonstrate everything you need. You will receive a certificate when you return for Reiki sharing circle or it will be posted out to ou.

This will be held in my home so be aware that you will attend a residential property. So read the same print inside your ticket and make a note of my telephone number. So I can instruct you on how to find the property and doorbell.
