This Reiki & Yoga Sound Healing Flow is a sacred, stretchy and releasing space where individuals come together to experience the transformative power of sound, movement and energy healing. Encircled by like-minded individuals, participants are immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound instruments such as singing bowls and chimes while a master healer channels Reiki energy to facilitate deep relaxation and inner balance. This circle provides a supportive environment for individuals to release energetic blockages, restore harmony within, and cultivate a sense of connection with others on their healing journey.

Join me in this nurturing space as we harmonize mind, body, and spirit through the healing frequencies of sound, movement and the noninvasive touch of Reiki energy.

Nothing except your beautiful self and an open mind is needed for this workshop.

Please wear something comfy and don't forget your yoga mat and pillows. We will be in Shavasana (laying down) for the majority of this offering.
