You’ll be cradled in a supportive restorative yoga pose complete with blankets, bolsters and an eye pillow for your ultimate comfort as you’re guided through a full-body relaxation journey featuring Reiki energy healing, therapeutic sound healing, aromatherapy, and a guided meditation.
This immersive session is designed to help you soften your mind, relieve stress, and create space for your nervous system to recalibrate into harmony, peace, and presence. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energetic healing which supports balance, emotional clarity, and a return to your natural state of well-being.
