In this unique experience, participants will get a chance to receive the benefits of both Reiki energy healing and sound healing simultaneously. Participants will be guided through a brief meditation and intention setting for the class, and then will lay comfortably on yoga mats while Reiki is offered to them and sound bowls are played. *Bring an eye pillow and blanket if desired.
What is Reiki? Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that involves the transfer of healing energy through gentle hand placements. It promotes relaxation, stress reduction and the body’s ability to heal itself.
