Reiki & Restore : Restorative Yoga + Group Reiki Healing

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening designed to reset your nervous system and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit. This unique experience weaves together the calming practice of restorative yoga, the subtle energy of a Group Reiki session, and the vibrational healing of sound into one powerful evening of self-care and inner connection

What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga: Gentle, supported postures to release tension, calm the mind, and encourage deep rest.
• Group Reiki Healing: Receive universal life-force energy in a safe, shared space to promote emotional and energetic harmony.

This workshop is open to all levels—no prior experience in yoga or energy work is necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and reconnected to yourself. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and anything else that supports your comfort.
