Reiki & Restorative Yoga to the music of Tipper

What’s Happening?
Reiki infused Restorative Yoga Classes to Ambient and Downtempo Tipper, with new playlists and sequences each week ✨

In these classes, we'll take a sonic journey through the music of Tipper, as we move through a supportive restorative yoga sequence, receive healing Reiki energy, and take time to relax and to nurture ourselves.

Each practice will be infused with Tipper's unique soundscapes to guide your mind and body into a deeper state of rest and rejuvenation, and encourage new friendships and connections within both the Denver Tipper and Yoga communities!

What You Can Expect:

• A guided grounding, restful and restorative yoga sequence
• Tipper’s beats and frequencies to enhance the state of your own practice
• Optional personalized, healing, Reiki enegy work given to you while you are resting in supportive Yoga Postures
• Optional Tarot card pulling and essential oils
• A cozy, candle lit, safe and comfortable experience in a lofted studio space
• Connection and community, and hopefully walking away with new, like minded friends!

Capacity:
In-person attendees capped at 8 attendees for Yin and Restorative
Unlimited spot for virtual attendees

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat (mats will be available for those who do not have one or forget
• Props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own props or blankets for extra comfort)
• An open heart and mind
• Wear comfortable clothes

Info for Virtual Attendees:
Please find a quiet place in your home, where you will be undisturbed, for maximum relaxation and benefitsFor Yin/Restorative: In addition to mats, we will be using props in class. Typically blankets (2), blocks (2) and bolsters (1).

Please have these or similar substitutes on hand for the practice. Feel free to message me if you need help with props or prop substitutions!
