Join Olivia for a grounding hour of reiki energy work, meditation and breathwork. New to reiki? No worries. Reiki is a Japanese healing tradition, meaning universal life force, that brings balance and harmony to your mind, body and spirit. During reiki Olivia gently places her hands on the body to transfer energy where it is called and needed. This class will be a combination of these practices and Olivia will create a nurturing space to receive the benefits. During the reiki and meditation, the Salt Mind Halogenerator will infuse the room with vaporized medical-grade salt.
