Welcome to this community event utilizing Reiki Healing Energy, Crystal, and Tibetan Bowls, and gentle guided meditation at the peaceful Bridge Healing Arts Center. in Farmington CT. No experience is needed, just a desire to release into relaxation and peace.

Reiki alone is a powerful relaxation tool. By adding in the vibrations of the Healing Bowls, the room becomes infused with sound creating an environment for peaceful meditation.

The full session will last an hour though there will be time for questions and comments.
