Join Reiki Master, Nikki McMaster, for a unique reiki and restorative yoga offering. Throughout this workshop, we will hold each other in community discussion, journaling, hands on or off reiki healing and of course lots of rest through the practice of restorative yoga. This workshop will equip you with tools you may find helpful to come back to yourself, your body and your breath off the mat and outside of the yoga studio. All are lovingly welcome, no experience necessary
