Reiki Level One is an initiation into conscious connection with universal life force energy.
This sacred training is designed to gently awaken your natural healing abilities and deepen your relationship with your own inner wisdom.
In this class, you will be guided through the foundations of Reiki as both a healing practice and a spiritual path. You’ll learn how energy moves through the body, how to sense and work with subtle energy, and how to offer Reiki safely and intuitively to yourself and others. Reiki Level One places a strong emphasis on self-healing, grounding, presence, and creating a calm, centered nervous system.
At the heart of this experience is the Reiki attunement—a sacred energetic transmission that opens you to the Reiki frequency and allows the energy to flow through you with ease and intention.
