There’s no need to be spiritual or have any prior experience. Just a sense that you’re ready to explore a different way of caring for yourself.

• A full day of relaxed, in-person teaching at Wellswill Cottage in Norfolk
• A small, friendly group (max 6 people) with space for questions and personal reflection
• A clear, down-to-earth introduction to Reiki and how energy flows through the body
• Your gentle Reiki 1 attunements to open your connection to Reiki
• Hands-on practice with techniques you can use straight away—for yourself and loved ones
