This foundational training is all about empowering you to harness Reiki for self-healing and to support those around you. You'll dive into:

• The fascinating history of Reiki
• A deeper understanding of chakras and auras
• How to build a daily self-healing practice to awaken your Body, Mind, and Spirit
• Techniques for Reiki Healing, Alignment, and Balancing
• You'll also receive Reiki Attunement to upgrade your soul connection and activate your spiritual awareness and intuition.

Reiki is a versatile energy that can offer support for a wide range of concerns, including:

• Stress, anxiety, tension, and pain
• Emotional distress and chronic fatigue
• Recovery from illness or surgery
• Internal conflict and mental struggles
• Pregnancy symptoms, infertility, and insomnia
• Learning disabilities, and much more!

Beyond these, Reiki actively promotes spiritual connection, personal growth, and clear life direction. It's truly beneficial for all ages!

• Who can join? This class is open to ages 16 and up. If you're 16 or 17, we'll need signed consent from a parent or legal guardian. (For ages 8-15, please check out our "Reiki 1 for Youth" class!)
• No prior experience or prerequisites are needed – just an open heart and mind!
• Comfort: You'll need to remove your shoes upon entering and be able to sit on the floor (floor chairs are available for your comfort).
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in a quiet space and set your highest intention. To ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone, no entrance is permitted once class begins.
• Waiver: New students are required to sign a waiver in order to participate. (Waiver will be sent to your email, for electronic signature, after registration.)
• Important instructions will be emailed to you before the class, so please keep an eye on your inbox!
• Lunch: This is an immersive training, so please pack a lunch as there won't be time to go out for food during our short break. (Heads up: we don't have a fridge or microwave available.)
• Please Note: All sales for this certification are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Dietary Note: We kindly ask for no dietary fasting 24 hours before class to help you stay energized and focused.
