Reiki 1 Attunement – Overview:At level 1 you will learn how to integrate all the Reiki principles into your life and everyday living Reiki 1 is all about the physical.
During this attunement process, the sacred symbols of Reiki will be placed into your aura. You will be shown the healing hand positions and how to channel this loving energy.
The attunement day will consist of your attunement, working with protections, grounding your energy, channeling energy and using Reiki in healing others.
What is Reiki?
Reiki Healing fits into the mind/body therapies as a complementary health modality. It is both therapeutic and a self-help technique which aims to assist with physical, spiritual, mental and emotional wellbeing of yourself. This modality is a stepped process with each student participating in 3 attunement classes within the Reiki Healing system.
The 3 levels of attunement are:
- Reiki 1 – Shoden or first teaching.
- Reiki 2 – Okuden or inner teaching.
- Reiki 3 – Shinpiden or mastery level.
- Reiki Master Teacher – Apprenticeship on how to give attunements and hold Reiki classes.
What are the attunement classes?
Each class includes your Reiki Attunement, Reiki manual and Reiki Certificate. You will join the students of the class in participating on how to use your new Reiki skills, how to channel energy and manifest the new you.
You must start at level 1 and proceed up the attunement levels when you feel the time is right for you. There is no right or wrong in terms of when to take your attunements but the golden rule is that your 21 day cleanse should be the minimum period between each attunement process.
What happens once I am attuned?
Once attuned, you can start your healing practice giving healing to yourself, friends, family and clients. Reiki has no boundaries; it can be used in all aspects of your life, family, and family pets. As you move up the attunement levels, you will be given more Reiki tools to widen your scope of healing and the depth of healing. You will be able to help with the following issues.
You can work on:
- Relationship issues.
- Childhood issues.
- Past live connections.
- Anxiety.
- Low self-esteem.
- Future planning.
- Connecting to Higher self.
- Physical symptoms.
- Manifesting your desired life outcomes.
- Family relationships.

I'm Angelah Rose
Ever since I was young I have been a sensitive and intuitive soul. I was given the message growing up that I was a capable healer however it wasn't until a personal journey healing dis-ease within my own body, and experiencing first hand the miraculous effects energetic and spiritual practices can have on supporting healing and personal growth that I realized that through the balancing of mind body and spirit we can find our greatest healing and It is my mission to share this with as many people as possible.
After my own healing journey I was awoken for 14 days in a row with a message saying "you need to give Reiki ''. Once I found my first teacher everything fell into place and while studying I felt more aligned than ever before.
Alongside my Reiki practices I also love to write meditations, facilitate Sacred Spirit Circles, facilitate group Reiki, Teach and Attune people in Reiki and co facilitate a Divine Feminine in Business group.
I feel so blessed and honored to hold space, share and support in the healing and expansive journey of others. I also deeply love co creating, learning and growing together. Throughout my journey so far I have shared some really beautiful moments that I cherish so deeply.
I am super excited to be able to share Reiki attunements with those who choose me as their teacher and to see Reiki in the hands of more and more people. The world can always use more healers ❤
