During this completely revamped and rewritten first degree Reiki course you will start on a journey of self healing and discovery, learning how to connect to this powerful force for self healing. You will also be taught how to give treatments for family, friends and even your pets. We will cover the following on the course: History of Reiki. What Reiki and Energy is. The benefits of Reiki. Chakras and the Auras. Grounding theory and how to ground yourself. Self Reiki Treatment. How to give a Reiki healing.
