Reiki 1 Class and Attunement

Have you ever been curious about Reiki—or wondered what it might feel like to intentionally work with the energy that is already within and around you?
Reiki Level I is where the journey begins.
This intimate, in-person class is designed to give you a grounded foundation in Reiki and help you begin developing a relationship with energy through both understanding and hands-on practice.
During our day together, we’ll explore:
What Reiki is and how it works
The history and principles of Reiki
Grounding, centering, and energetic awareness
The traditional Reiki hand positions
Using Reiki for self-care and personal practice
Offering Reiki to others
Energetic boundaries, ethics, and responsible practice
Plenty of time to experience and practice Reiki together
You will also receive your Reiki Level I attunement, opening the door for you to begin incorporating Reiki into your own spiritual and self-care practices.
You do not need any previous experience with Reiki, energy work, meditation, or healing practices. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are enough.
I’m intentionally keeping this class small so that there is plenty of room for questions, individual attention, practice, and connection.
