Usui Reiki I Course, you will learn about and be attuned to First Degree Reiki. First Degree Reiki focuses on self-healing and physical healing. Before the highest work can be done for others, we must first cleanse and heal ourselves. The First Degree attunement turns the Reiki power on so that the chakras and aura have their first cleansing release. Reiki I will open you to the idea of utilizing Reiki Energy for healing our own physical bodies, our friends and families, our animals, plants, food, and environment. Reiki is truly for the good of all, not just for the good of humans.
