Rehearsals Begin! Handel's Messiah Sydney

Our 2026 Season of Handel's Messiah in Sydney begins on Monday 19th October!
This is our first of eight full choir rehearsals as we prepare for two performances at the Sydney Town Hall on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December. Rehearsals are at St Stephen's Uniting Church, 197 Macquarie Street, Sydney (regular time: 7.00 to 8.45pm).
The link to register and join the choir will be published in early July on our website and social media.
The choir is non-auditioning, and is available to experienced choristers and enthusiastic amateurs. You will need to purchase a score of Messiah (Prout edition recommended), and we provide some tuition and access to practice tracks. Some experience of reading music and/or singing in a choir will be an advantage, but we welcome anyone who can attend all the rehearsals and is keen to learn the music.
