Rehabilitation of the Upper and Lower Extremity Amputee: 2hrs CEU

This course is intended for physical and occupational therapists and other health care professionals to review the rehabilitation of upper and lower extremity amputees.

• Incidence of extremity amputations
• Etiology of extremity amputations
• Terminology and Amputation levels
• Upper Extremity Amputee Considerations for Device Selection
• Lower Extremity Amputee care, socket fit and management
• Team approach to rehab of extremity amputees
