Regulate & Restore: Herbalism for the Overwhelmed Nervous System

Our nervous systems are carrying a lot.

We are navigating systemic injustice, collective grief, burnout, and the relentless pace of modern life. Many of us are supporting others while quietly running on empty ourselves.

This workshop is an offering of collective care.

Because sustainable liberation requires regulated bodies.
Because community care starts with tending to ourselves.
Because the earth has always held medicine for overwhelmed nervous systems.

Guided by two licensed therapists, this experiential workshop weaves together:

• Psychoeducation on nervous system regulation
• Herbal education focused on hibiscus, chamomile, rose, tulsi
• Intuitive tea blending and tasting
• Discussion of integrating herbs through teas, tinctures, and body oils
• Somatic grounding practices and breathwork
• A facilitated sharing circle

This is not a lecture.
It is an embodied experience.

Participants will take home herbs to continue exploring how plant medicine supports their regulation practice.
