A calming 3-hour workshop blending Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology (NLK) and Sound Healing.

This nourishing workshop combines Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology (NLK) and Sound Healing to help you regulate your nervous system, release stress, and find your inner calm.
You’ll be introduced to the foundations of NLK a Holistic Modality using muscle testing, emotional release techniques, and brain–body communication, alongside sound practices that soothe and rebalance your whole system.
This is a gentle, interactive, and practical session, designed for anyone curious about the body’s wisdom or simply looking for ways to feel calmer and more connected in daily life.
Expect time to relax, connect with like-minded souls, enjoy some tasty treats, and share a good old chit chat in a safe, supportive space.
