DSRSD's Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility is in an industrial environment and includes stairs, tripping hazards, and uneven surfaces. If you require special accommodations, please note this on your order form so we can discuss how to best accommodate those needs.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
- Guests must wear a full shoe that covers the whole foot – sturdy walking shoes, athletic shoes, or flats. Guests wearing flip-flops, sandals, open-toe or open-heel shoes will NOT be allowed to join the tour.
- Please dress appropriately to walk, climb steps, and be outside in the sun or wind. The tour involves at least an hour of walking and standing.
- Children must be in 4th grade or higher (minimum age 10) to participate on the tour. All minors must be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
- All tour participants must complete a tour waiver prior to joining the tour.
