Sondra Palivoda is Director - Research at TeamNEO; joining the organization in 2020. In her role, she's responsible for a variety of regional research projects, most recently around skill demand for regional employers.

Mel McGee is Founder and CEO of We Can Code It, launched in 2014 to address technology skill development in underserved communities. She and her company are intimately tapped into the needs of regional employers locally and in other markets.
