Region 10 & Moravian NAEA Chapter Workshop Series: Collagraph Printing

The Moravian University Preservice Chapter of NAEA is hosting a series of hands-on Material Exploration workshops! Sign up for individual workshops that fit your schedule! All workshops will take place at Moravian University's South Campus in Historic Bethlehem.

Join artist Katie Hovencamp, NAEA preservice students and Dr. MaryJo Rosania Harvie to explore collagraph printmaking. Participants will learn the process of collagraph printmaking using accessible and classroom-friendly materials. Participants will build textured printing plates, explore inking techniques and produce richly layered prints. This workshop highlights low-cost methods and adaptable strategies for introducing relief and intaglio concepts in K–12 or studio settings.

Supplies will be provided.

Parking directions and a parking pass will be provided to registered participants by email before the event.

Participants will receive 3 hours of Act 48 credit.
